Refund policy

We are happy to offer free UK returns on any full-price or sale product that has been returned to us within 30 days of the receipt of your order, providing:

  • the tags and labels are still attached
  • the item has not been worn
  • the item has not been washed
  • you have proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

Our returns address is available on contact. Please email us via the contact form to receive our return postage address.

If returning an item from outside the UK, please pay for and affix postage. Please also complete any required customs forms.

Please note that all returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. Please retain your proof of postage.

If You Require a Refund

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your package. You will receive an email notifying you when the refund has been made.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, we will not be able to refund you and will instead credit you with a credit note/gift voucher.

We are unable to refund any costs paid for shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If You Want an Exchange

If you love your purchase but have ordered the wrong size or colour, we are happy to exchange it for the correct one, free of delivery charges. Please fill in your returns form marking clearly what size or colour you require and return the item you wish to exchange by using your prepaid return label enclosed in your parcel.

If Your Item is Faulty

Unfortunately, manufacturing faults do happen, so we are happy for you to return faulty items within 3 months of your date of purchase. We will replace your item with the same equivalent item. Please return your item at the earliest opportunity with your order number and/or a note explaining the defect and we’ll deal with the rest.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
